Malakhra is a form of wrestling practiced in Pakistan’s Sindh province. Wrestlers are called Mals and much of the vocabulary around the martial art comes from Sanskrit forms, rather than the Persian forms seen in Kushti, another form of wrestling practiced in the next door province of Punjab.
